There is a forum called "Insurance Forums" that is following HR 5719.  It  would appear that as of this posting, the House has not taken action on this legislation, however, there is one position on the above mentioned forum that Evolution Benefit's  letter requesting retraction of the provision relating to Health Savings Accounts (HSAs), does not carry much weight.  That horse is out of the barn so to speak.
