I know my company does offer this...I just did not realze the value that it offered to me. Not sure this benefit is broadly understood or communicated well...I assumed it really only benefited employees with families.

although not in all cases, HSAs can benefit individuals even more than families. specifically, having a lower deductible to satisfy goes a long way to socking away unused HSA funds....especially since contributions are no longer tied to the deductibles.
