I read the blog posted today on this site regarding the pending legislation related to reporting on HSAs. I was curious as to whether or not there was anything else in that bill that might impact HSAs?

From what i've heard, the substantiation issues was it. Also hearing swirl that this provision has very little chance of going through. We shall see though.
